The Road We Have Travelled
Our History
It all began on a Friday afternoon in France. Hendrik was attending a
lecture at INSEAD delivered by sales guru, Erin Anderson.
Hendrik and Rian had discussed their beliefs about incentive programme management many
times before and, during this lecture, it became
clear their beliefs were being validated.
This gave them the confirmation they needed and Forty One Incentive, a Strategic
Incentive Management company, was born.
Both partners have been involved in incentive management since
1994 and have been successfully managing nationwide corporate incentive programmes since 2001.
Key Events in our History
1994 we began working in incentive management
2001 our first national incentive management programme was a huge success
2007 Forty One as it now exists was formed
